Chaumet Paris seeks a Content Project Manager for 6-month fixed contract to lead editorial production and heritage content deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and deploy editorial content across diverse media and audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across Marketing, Press, Events, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Heritage, Corporate/CSR, Training, Exhibitions, and other departments
- Manage operational oversight of proofreading, validation, translation, and stakeholder coordination
- Contribute to brand magazine and heritage publication content development
- Coordinate operational management of external agency partnerships, publishing houses, and internal teams on magazine and book projects, including page layouts, design approvals, translation tracking, and photo shoot coordination
- Manage production logistics, distribution, and deliverable tracking under the supervision of the Senior Content Project Manager
- Oversee operational coordination of photographic and video content showcasing the Maison's heritage, from brief intake to final delivery, including timeline management, contributor coordination, and quality assurance
- Foster communication between internal stakeholders and external service providers while ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and established frameworks
- Support the deployment and implementation of strategic planning tools in accordance with brand book guidelines
- Mentor and integrate an apprentice, providing guidance on work methods and progressive skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in editorial project management or content production, preferably within the luxury sector or communications/publishing agencies
- Fluent French and English, both written and oral
- Expertise in editorial project management and content production workflows
- Knowledge of graphic design, editorial production, photography, and video production processes
- Strong personal qualities: rigor, attention to detail, organizational excellence, exceptional interpersonal skills, team orientation, intellectual curiosity, and pronounced sensitivity to luxury, fine jewelry, and heritage
