Chaumet, Paris: Six-month internship as Client Data Analyst Intern supporting client analytics, CRM management, and GDPR compliance using Power BI and Dataiku.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the BI/DSI team to create, monitor, and maintain client-focused reports and KPIs on Power BI, including testing during the migration of reporting infrastructure
- Conduct ad hoc analyses using Dataiku to support business teams in data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Support the Omnichannel and regional teams with monthly data extraction requests, verification of sales figures, outreach metrics, and GDPR compliance tracking
- Monitor and evaluate performance indicators for AI projects currently implemented across the maison
- Cleanse, prepare, and integrate CRM data to ensure seamless system functionality and data accuracy
- Adjust, create, and reallocate client data in close collaboration with the Omnichannel team
- Identify and correct data anomalies across systems
- Support GDPR projects and data access initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at a university, business school, or engineering school with specialization in Data, Mathematics, IT, Economics, or Statistics
- Ideally, some prior experience in data analysis or analytics
- Fluent English
- Advanced proficiency in Dataiku, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized approach to work
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and strong affinity for quantitative analysis
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and rigorous data handling practices
