Chaumet Paris seeks a Client Data Analyst Intern (6 months, September 2026) to support customer analytics, CRM management, and GDPR compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with BI/DSI teams to create and monitor customer reports and KPIs in Power BI, including testing during migration
  • Support business teams with ad-hoc analyses using Dataiku to inform strategic decision-making
  • Assist the Omnichannel team and regional offices with data extraction, verification of monthly tracking figures (sales, outreach, GDPR compliance)
  • Monitor and track performance metrics for deployed artificial intelligence projects
  • Clean and prepare CRM data to enhance integration quality and consistency
  • Adjust, create, and reallocate data in close coordination with the Omnichannel team
  • Identify and correct data anomalies within customer datasets
  • Support GDPR compliance initiatives and data access project tracking

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a master's degree (BAC+4 or BAC+5) in data science, mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics from a university, business school, or engineering school
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Dataiku, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce systems
  • Proactive, autonomous, well-organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, challenging environment
  • Strong affinity for quantitative work and demonstrated analytical capabilities
