Role & Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions with confidence and professional acumen
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to foster brand loyalty
- Contribute to commercial objectives and revenue targets
- Master and apply cross-selling techniques and product knowledge
- Create distinctive, memorable in-store experiences
- Achieve fluency in English and acquire proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, or Arabic
Qualifications
- Minimum Italian Laurea Triennale (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level minimum)
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury brand values and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of an additional language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, or Arabic preferred)
