Chaumet in Paris seeks a Care Services Projects Assistant (Apprenticeship) based in Levallois — one‑year alternance starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑functional Care projects across Data, RSE and operational teams; ensure timely delivery and alignment with service objectives.
- Reconcile and validate datasets from multiple sources to guarantee the integrity of analytical outputs used for decision making.
- Develop, maintain and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor volumes, lead times and service performance.
- Collect, analyse and report on KPIs; produce insights to identify operational deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT (DSI) and Performance Operations on Data BI initiatives (e.g., Projet Canopée) to improve data flows and tooling.
- Prepare, coordinate and participate in sustainability (RSE) audits, including collection of evidence for RJC and ISO assessments.
- Draft and update Care‑specific procedures, documentation and guides to ensure compliance with RSE and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Care service and provide day‑to‑day operational support to streamline the client experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree).
- Demonstrable interest or affinity for luxury, particularly jewellery and watchmaking.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with initiative.
- Rigour, reliability and a structured approach to data and documentation.
- Fluent spoken and written English.

Entry‑level — suitable for a student on work‑study (alternance) with little or no prior professional experience; internships or prior project work in operations, analytics or luxury retail is an advantage.
