Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute boutique action plans and sales strategies to achieve boutique and personal revenue targets
  • Drive customer acquisition and relationship building initiatives; establish and maintain strategic partnerships with department store stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and execute VIP client experiences in accordance with retail guidelines and brand standards
  • Manage after-sales customer service and address complaints in compliance with company protocols
  • Oversee back-office operations including sales reporting, cash management, inventory control, product transfers, expense tracking, and administrative reporting
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team; foster open communication, teamwork, and collaborative culture
