Chaumet Boutique Manager position in Osaka, Japan. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead boutique action planning and ensure budget achievement at both store and individual sales levels
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies for the boutique and personal client base
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with department store partners
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, designing and implementing VIP treatment programs in accordance with retail guidelines
  • Manage after-sales service and resolve customer complaints according to company protocol
  • Oversee back-office operations including sales tracking, payment management, inventory control, product transfers, expense management, and reporting
  • Build and maintain team morale by fostering open communication, teamwork, and a collaborative work environment
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to develop team members' skills and professional growth
  • Create and manage staff scheduling and task allocation
  • Model exemplary performance and self-leadership while continuously improving personal capabilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management or luxury brand experience
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities
