Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director in running daily boutique operations within a Parisian department store, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance and exceed collective and individual KPIs through active participation in selling, after-sales service and targeted action plans.
- Lead the sales floor as a team leader: manage client reception, optimise the customer journey and coach staff in personalised selling and product expertise.
- Coordinate clienteling and CRM-driven initiatives with regional CRM teams; monitor KPIs, ROI and follow up on client outreach.
- Organise and support high-jewellery events and VIP appointments in liaison with regional and Vendôme teams (listings, invitations, accompaniment).
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Maison guidelines; manage inventory, packaging and opening/closing procedures.
- Recruit, onboard and develop sales advisors and apprentices: set objectives, conduct evaluations and deliver on-the-spot coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail, with prior responsibility for sales teams (5–8 years preferred).
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Demonstrable experience in clienteling, customer relations and after-sales service within a premium/luxury environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities with an aptitude for staff development and performance management.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI monitoring, reporting and implementing corrective action plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to adopt the brand's retail application systems.

Experience
Minimum five years of experience in retail, ideally within luxury jewellery, watches or premium fashion, including demonstrated people management and P&L/KPI responsibility in a boutique or department store context.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, luxury brand management or equivalent professional experience preferred.
