Chaumet seeks an Assistant Product Data Manager intern in Paris for 6 months starting July 2026, managing product data quality across SAP, Akeneo, and Bynder.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Populate and maintain product data across ERP, PIM, and DAM systems with precise and comprehensive information including descriptions and technical specifications
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to verify coherence, accuracy, and reliability of product data and digital assets including images and videos
  • Organize and classify digital assets within the Bynder DAM platform according to established guidelines
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops and collaborate with marketing, content, development, forecasting, planning, procurement, distribution, commerce, digital, and CRM teams
  • Apply Chaumet guidelines and best practices for data management; propose process optimizations and procedural improvements
  • Assist the Product Owner on PIM and DAM by onboarding new users, providing training and support, and conducting technology surveillance on platform development roadmaps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, engineering, or a related university program
  • Strong appetite for information systems and data governance challenges
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Collaborative mindset with strong proactive communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), PIM platforms (ideally Akeneo), or DAM solutions (ideally Bynder) is a strong asset
