Chaumet Paris seeks an Events Project Management Assistant for a 6-month internship from January 2027; coordinate international jewellery launches and luxury events.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and manage logistics for international events including jewellery collection launches, VIP client receptions, institutional galas, trade fairs, and press functions
  • Support internal and external team coordination to ensure seamless execution of project initiatives
  • Assist subsidiary markets with event governance through guideline development, budget monitoring, and coordination across Asia, Middle East, and European territories
  • Collaborate with external suppliers on publishing tools and gift development
  • Manage event reporting documentation and budget tracking
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and intelligence gathering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a business school, communication school, Institut d'études politiques, or comparable university programme
  • Fluent English proficiency
