Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Distribution Planner in daily supply‑chain operations and distribution planning activities.
- Enhance and maintain reporting tools, including the continuous improvement of reporting formats and dashboards.
- Historicize, consolidate and monitor KPIs; produce regular market performance reporting for designated regions (notably Japan and Middle East).
- Track firm customer orders and follow up on order status to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Act as a primary contact for assigned markets or projects within the distribution scope.
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Anaplan distribution model and related planning tools.
- Co‑animate and provide project support for ongoing and future distribution initiatives.
- Provide cross‑functional support to headquarters teams (e.g., provisioning pieces for shoots, supporting internal purchasing requests).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bac+4/+/5 programme (engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree).
- Strong numerical aptitude with excellent Excel skills.
- Rigorous, curious, proactive and able to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to hold professional conversations in English.
- Prior exposure to BI tools and planning platforms (Anaplan, Power BI, SAP) is a strong advantage.
