Chaumet Tokyo hiring Assistant Boutique Manager. Lead sales, client services, and team in luxury watch and jewelry retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute boutique action plans; drive budget achievement and individual sales targets through strategic planning and customer relationship development
  • Cultivate and maintain VIP customer relationships; plan and deliver premium treatment experiences in compliance with retail guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service and oversee after-sales support; address customer inquiries and complaints with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support back-office operations including sales management, revenue tracking, inventory control, product movement, and expense management; ensure all processes are executed accurately and on schedule
  • Build and lead the team by fostering open communication and collaboration; act as a bridge between team members and store management to enhance teamwork and morale
  • Deliver daily feedback and coaching to team members to facilitate professional growth and development
  • Manage shift scheduling and task allocation; monitor performance and team capacity

Qualifications
