Chaumet internship: After-Sales Service Coordination Assistant, 6 months, Paris. Support jewelry and watchmaking care operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer intervention requests and collaborate with the quality department to confirm diagnostics
- Manage retail and wholesale client relationships by providing updates on ongoing cases and delivering technical information regarding service interventions
- Maintain service portfolio tracking, prepare estimates for cases as necessary, and follow interventions through to case closure and billing
- Coordinate and manage logistics for special watch bracelet orders
- Ensure compliance with after-sales service procedures and operational commitments to clients
- Execute physical and IT preparation of shipments for customer pieces and spare parts
- Apply transport plans and customs regulations specific to each country in coordination with import/export and logistics teams
- Transmit shipment information to warehouse, transport, and customs departments
- Conduct monthly rolling inventories and support general inventory processes
- Manage spare parts orders for markets from creation through billing
- Support purchasing order closure and order valuation in SAP, with transmission of invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
- Professional-level English comprehension
- Customer service orientation
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience is a plus
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or work-study experience in Commerce, Retail, Customer Service (ADV), or Logistics is ideal. Entry-level candidates with relevant coursework are welcomed.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), Master's degree (Bac+4/5), or equivalent in business, engineering, or related discipline.
