Chanel seeks a Working Student — Fragrance & Beauty in Hamburg to support Chanel Parfums & Beauté at Breuninger (part‑time student role).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide in‑store support for Chanel Parfums & Beauté at the Breuninger Hamburg counter, assisting sales advisors with client service and product demonstrations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, including replenishment, sample management and shelf styling.
- Assist with stock control, receiving, labelling and basic inventory reconciliation to support daily operations.
- Support marketing and promotional activities on the sales floor and during events, including client invitations and in‑store activations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing product documentation, light reporting and liaising with brand representatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university degree programme (Business, Marketing, Cosmetics/Cosmetic Science, Fashion or related).
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to align with retail trading hours.
- Professional, client‑focused demeanour with high standards of presentation and discretion.
- Basic numeracy and organisational skills; ability to handle stock and follow brand procedures.

Experience
Previous retail or beauty sector experience is advantageous; any client‑facing or luxury retail exposure (even part‑time or internship) will be highly valued.
Education
Enrolled university student (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
