Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique sales operations through attentive client service, product presentation, and personalised client interactions under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist with merchandising and visual standards to ensure displays reflect Chanel aesthetic and product storytelling.
- Manage boutique stock processes including receiving, replenishment, inventory checks and maintenance of samples and testers.
- Provide administrative assistance: process POS transactions, maintain client records, prepare product deliveries and support local promotional events.
- Contribute to boutique events and product launches, coordinating logistical tasks and client communications as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or Fachhochschule programme (business, marketing, fashion, cosmetics, communications or related discipline).
- Flexible availability to work part-time including some evenings and weekends, compatible with academic commitments.
- Professional demeanour, polished presentation and strong client-service orientation appropriate to a luxury boutique environment.
- Reliable work ethic, discretion handling confidential client information, and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury boutique experience is advantageous but not mandatory; strong customer-facing experience is preferred. Experience supporting events or product launches is a plus.
Education
Enrolled university or college student (Bachelor's or Master's level) in business, marketing, fashion, cosmetics, communications or a related field.
