Chanel is hiring a Window Display and Visual Merchandising Project Manager in Paris, with a permanent contract and a start date from December 2026. The role focuses on developing point-of-sale displays and permanent fixtures, while contributing to window display projects and international rollouts for the Watches and Fine Jewelry division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop point-of-sale displays and permanent fixtures in close collaboration with the Window Display, Visual Merchandising and Permanent Fixtures Creation Manager.
- Contribute to distinctive concepts aligned with the House’s universe, Watches and Fine Jewelry collections, and brand-expression objectives.
- Produce 2D and 3D renderings to visualize, develop and present projects.
- Create presentation materials for internal stakeholders and markets.
- Ensure execution quality, attention to detail and consistency throughout project development.
- Support the creation and tracking of window display projects from concept through deployment.
- Translate creative intent into impactful visual installations suited to different locations.
- Coordinate project follow-up with internal teams and relevant partners, ensuring adherence to creative direction, deadlines and the House’s standards.
- Contribute to cross-functional Image Department projects according to business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, consistent project implementation.
- Ensure that concepts, creative intent and associated guidelines are clearly understood across markets.
- Help ensure consistent and relevant rollouts in line with the House’s quality and excellence standards.
Qualifications
- Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, design or applied arts.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale displays, window display sets and Visual Merchandising.
- Creative sensibility and a strong focus on detail and execution quality.
- Able to manage several projects simultaneously and track each stage rigorously.
- Able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders in a creative, demanding and cross-functional environment.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.

At least five years in a similar role.
Education
Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, design or applied arts.
