Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt global window guidelines to align with local boutique architecture while maintaining brand identity and creative intent.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal divisions, including creative, retail, store planning, operations, procurement, and sustainability teams.
  • Establish and manage strong partnerships with local vendors to ensure the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee and manage window campaign budgets, including cost planning, supplier negotiations, and spend control to achieve optimal value.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations, assess feasibility, and ensure execution meets creative and operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and operational standards across all boutiques for window installations.
  • Continuously review production processes and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, sustainability, and creative impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in window décor design, set design, or a related creative field.
  • Formal studies or professional training in design, scenography, interior design, or a comparable area of expertise.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for concept development, renderings, and presentations. Working knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp and Rhino. Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and production techniques used in window décor and installations. Practical, hands-on skills including carpentry and strong manual dexterity. Confidence in managing budgets, tracking costs, and balancing creative ambition with financial constraints. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

Experience

Proven experience in window décor design, set design, or a related creative field.

Education

Formal studies or professional training in design, scenography, interior design, or a comparable area of expertise.
