Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the regional wholesale sales plan by managing a portfolio of key and strategic accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Execute order management and allocation processes in coordination with merchandising, planning and logistics to optimise sell‑through and inventory levels.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, weekly/monthly reporting and performance analyses for senior wholesale management.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with multi‑brand retailers, department stores and national distributors.
  • Coordinate product presentations, showroom appointments and regional buying visits; prepare merchandising and assortment recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and account performance to identify opportunities for incremental distribution or assortment changes.
  • Ensure pricing, promotional and contractual compliance across accounts and support negotiation of commercial terms under guidance from senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising and client services to implement brand initiatives and in‑store activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of wholesale distribution and retail buying processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical competency to prepare sales forecasts, analyse sell‑through and translate data into commercial actions.
  • Availability for travel within the region to visit accounts and attend trade events.
