Chanel is hiring a Wholesale Beauty Confidant in Istanbul to manage key wholesale relationships and drive beauty sales across regional accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with wholesale partners and key accounts (department stores, perfumeries, distributors and hospitality partners) to grow Chanel Beauty sales.
- Drive regional sales performance by executing account plans, negotiating commercial terms and securing assortment and merchandising placements.
- Deliver product knowledge and turnkey training to retail staff and wholesale partner teams to ensure exemplary client experience and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with distribution, marketing and visual merchandising teams to implement launches, promotional calendars and in‑store activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance; prepare regular reports and forecasts to inform inventory and replenishment decisions.
- Represent the brand at trade events and business meetings, ensuring Chanel’s commercial and aesthetic standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in wholesale or B2B sales within prestige beauty or luxury FMCG channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and managing key accounts.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver product training to retail teams.
- Capacity to travel regionally and represent the brand at client meetings and trade events.
- Fluency in Turkish and business proficiency in English recommended (preferred but not specified).
