Chanel Welcomist internship in Rome. Deliver luxury hospitality in the Fashion Division boutique. €1,050/month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional welcome experiences to boutique guests according to Chanel's hospitality standards and guidelines
- Build and cultivate client relationships through attentive guidance throughout the boutique space
- Engage with clients during service intervals while awaiting sales consultation
- Complete sales transactions through refined product packaging and closing procedures
- Maintain the Maison's visual and experiential standards throughout boutique operations
- Embody the Chanel brand as a cultural ambassador while adhering to grooming and personal presentation protocols
Qualifications
- Secondary education diploma or university degree, preferably in languages or related humanities
- Prior experience in events, fashion retail, luxury, or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated passion and motivation for working in fashion and luxury industries
- Strong service-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence
- Collaborative spirit with proven teamwork capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills suited to multicultural environments
- Proficiency in English

Experience
Prior experience in events, fashion retail, luxury retail, or hospitality environments is expected.
