Chanel Welcomist internship in Florence, Italy. Full-time role delivering luxury hospitality and client experiences with meal vouchers included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent welcome experiences to local and international clients according to Maison standards and guidelines
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by guiding them through boutique discovery
- Interact with clients during sales service wait times
- Complete product packaging and conclude sales transactions
- Maintain the Maison's image and presentation standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador by adhering to Chanel grooming and conduct guidelines
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma and/or university degree, preferably in languages
- Prior experience in events, fashion retail, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors
- Genuine passion and motivation to work in fashion and luxury
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Multicultural awareness and collaborative teamwork orientation
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Prior experience in events, fashion retail, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
Education
