Chanel Welcomist Internship in Florence, Italy. Full-time luxury retail hospitality role with €1,050/month compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional welcome experiences to clients according to Chanel's service standards and brand guidelines
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while guiding them through boutique exploration
- Engage with clients during service intervals with attentive, personalized interaction
- Conclude sales transactions with meticulous product packaging and presentation
- Maintain and enhance the boutique's brand image in alignment with Maison standards
- Serve as a Chanel brand ambassador by adhering to grooming and professional conduct guidelines
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or university degree, preferably in languages
- Previous experience in events, luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors
- Strong passion and motivation for luxury fashion and lifestyle
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with teamwork orientation
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Fluent English proficiency

Experience
Previous experience in events, luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is preferred. A demonstrated commitment to understanding luxury brand positioning and client service excellence is essential.
