Chanel Paris seeks a Weekend Fashion Advisor to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in its Paris boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet and anticipatory client service that reflects Chanel’s standards of luxury and cultivates long-term relationships.
- Actively generate sales and meet individual and boutique weekend targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Provide tailored styling and product recommendations, organise client appointments and manage private shopping interactions.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique standards to uphold brand image during weekend trading hours.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in the point-of-sale and CRM systems; ensure correct stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to prioritise client follow-up, after-sales care and clienteling activities.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends is mandatory; flexible weekend scheduling and shift coverage experience preferred.
- Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to luxury retail.
- Professional sales orientation with an ability to build rapport quickly and manage high-value client interactions.
- Ability to perform point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage basic stock operations.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion boutiques is strongly preferred but not strictly required for promising candidates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field is an advantage.
