Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through a curated boutique journey, delivering bespoke, warm, and personalized experiences
- Present and sell across all product lines with demonstrated versatility and product knowledge
- Develop and maintain a personal client base through proactive relationship-building and post-visit engagement
- Embody the Chanel brand narrative by connecting heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship to client aspirations
- Propose personalized silhouettes and styling recommendations aligned with individual client personality, morphology, and Chanel aesthetic
- Monitor inventory levels and leverage stock knowledge to drive commercial performance
- Provide feedback on collections and client insights to inform future purchasing decisions
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets whilst contributing to boutique performance objectives
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in luxury fashion or comparable premium retail environment
- Demonstrated passion for fashion with strong stylistic sensibility

- Fluency in English

Skills
Experience
Professional background in luxury retail sales, fashion consultation, or equivalent client-facing roles within a premium environment. Experience managing and developing personal client portfolios is advantageous.
