Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients through creating energy and excitement around the watches and fine jewelry category.
- Optimize and elevate the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding aftersales.
- Maintain visual standards in partnership with the watches and fine jewelry category manager and regional visual merchandising team.
- Participate in cycle counts to maintain accurate WFJ inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role.
- Proven success in achieving sales goals.
- Minimum High School Diploma.

Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $36.00 through $38.50. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components may include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
