CHANEL seeks a Watches and Fine Jewelry Specialist in Boca Raton to grow the category through client development, elevated service, after-sales follow-up, inventory accuracy and collaboration with Fashion Advisors. The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a high school diploma and a flexible schedule; it is full-time and requires an in-store, in-person presence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and creating excitement and desire around the watches and fine jewelry category.
- Deliver prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to elevate the client experience.
- Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful, consistent outreach.
- Consistently raise service standards and exceed client expectations.
- Accept repairs and follow up consistently with clients regarding after-sales service.
- Maintain visual standards in partnership with the watches and fine jewelry category manager and regional visual merchandising team.
- Participate in cycle counts to maintain accurate watches and fine jewelry inventory.
- Partner with Fashion Advisors to increase category awareness and provide ongoing education and training.
- Recruit and develop a personal client base, contributing to the success of the watches and fine jewelry business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in watches and fine jewelry.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an understanding of and passion for client experience and development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within CHANEL.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in a luxury retailer or relevant client-facing role, with the ability to work with a diverse client base.
