Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities while maintaining Chanel's high standards.
  • Develop strong client relationships through collaboration with Fashion Advisors.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, showcasing extensive product knowledge and care.
  • Act as the expert in Watches and Fine Jewelry, supporting Fashion Advisors in client interactions.
  • Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize and support local events.
  • Complete administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular stock level checks and ensure high-quality aftersales care.
  • Maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and uphold set standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities. Organizational and follow-up skills. Professional presentation and behavior.

Experience

A minimum of three years in luxury retail, ideally in a similar role or customer service setting.

Compensation

Competitive base salary: $80,000-$90,000 CAD.
