CHANEL seeks a Watches and Fine Jewelry Product Manager to own category performance, coach and develop a diverse sales team, and partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team. The role requires at least 5 years of related experience, includes in-store boutique management responsibilities, and offers a full-time schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, including CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
- Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance.
- Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.
- Own and drive the Watches & Fine Jewelry category business, coaching and managing a diverse sales team and sharing business knowledge with the Boutique Director.
Qualifications

- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- In-store presence to develop and coach teams, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results.
