The Watches and Fine Jewelry Marketing Intern supports product analysis, campaign reporting, after-sales projects and competitor monitoring across Switzerland, Latin America and India. This is a six-month, full-time (100%), in-person internship based in Geneva, starting March 1, 2027; an internship agreement meeting the stated academic-credit conditions is mandatory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build product reports and monitor the performance of key collections across all networks.
- Collect and share qualitative feedback on novelties and assess local product needs.
- Track key performance indicators.
- Support the creation of regional launch packs.
- Prepare novelty content for boutiques, including one-pagers and morning briefs.
- Produce 360° qualitative and quantitative reports on novelty campaigns.
- Support the Marketing Manager on Chanel & Moi after-sales projects.
- Organize internal WFJ events.
- Create articles for the CHANEL internal communication platform.
- Monitor competitor activity across all touchpoints, including events, online and print.
- Prepare and share competitor reports highlighting regional best practices.
Qualifications
- Be enrolled in a master's degree programme.
- Have completed a successful six-month internship.
- Have an analytical mindset and be comfortable using Excel.
- Be detail-oriented and willing to work on setting up new tools.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An internship agreement is mandatory; the internship must be part of the study programme, required for degree completion and validated through academic credits.
- Be fluent in French and English.
