Chanel Watches and Fine Jewelry Manager role in Amsterdam or Brussels. Lead strategy across Benelux-Scandinavia retail and wholesale networks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and execute the Watches and Fine Jewelry growth strategy within Fashion boutiques in alignment with regional Europe strategy and divisional objectives
- Orchestrate operational deployment across boutique network, working closely with Boutique Directors and central Fashion teams
- Build annual commercial targets and coordinate monthly objectives with boutiques, ensuring consistent performance monitoring and follow-up
- Conduct network performance analysis, monitoring key indicators including sales, Fashion Advisor objectives, and product/collection performance; prepare ad-hoc reports
- Lead performance improvement action plans and initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth and incentive programs
- Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting in collaboration with the Finance team
- Oversee product forecasting for the entire Benelux-Scandinavia zone aligned with boutique priorities and needs
- Co-develop boutique assortments embodying the One Boutique One Story strategy and monitor model stock fulfillment
- Orchestrate Watches and Fine Jewelry product launches across multiple stakeholder groups
- Collect and synthesize qualitative product feedback for sharing with the European Product Merchandising community
- Optimize product performance through 360-degree collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Learning functions
- Manage stock optimization across the BenSca zone and with European operations, minimizing transfer times and maximizing conversion rates
- Build and analyze sales targets for the Wholesale network, driving commercial performance and growth opportunities
- Animate and train the BenSca Wholesale network in alignment with Europe strategy
- Support Boutique Directors in defining priorities and achieving missions
- Lead and inspire a community of Watches and Fine Jewelry referents in collaboration with the central Fashion team
- Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within retail teams
- Act as the primary Watches and Fine Jewelry point of contact for the BenSca zone
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to align strategies and ensure execution excellence
- Contribute to the European Watches and Fine Jewelry Community by sharing best practices and supporting regional project development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail, including managerial roles
- Demonstrated passion for the Watches and Fine Jewelry sector with strong product sensibility
- Proven expertise in retail strategy, business analysis, and performance management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to mobilize and lead teams in matrix and project-driven environments
- Demonstrated commitment to client experience excellence and operational efficiency

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail with demonstrated managerial responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record in retail strategy development, business performance management, and team leadership within high-end environments. Prior experience in Watches, Fine Jewelry, or luxury product categories is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Management or related disciplines.
