Chanel seeks a Watches & Fine Jewelry Manager in Amsterdam to lead commercial activity for Benelux & Scandinavia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy for Watches and Fine Jewelry across Benelux and Scandinavian markets, aligned with global brand priorities.
- Own regional sales targets and P&L accountability for the category; translate corporate objectives into measurable retail and wholesale plans.
- Manage relationships with wholesale partners, distributors and flagship boutiques; negotiate commercial terms and partnerships to maximise brand positioning and margin.
- Lead assortment planning, inventory allocation and launch execution for seasonal collections and new product introductions within the region.
- Drive retail performance through KPI tracking, market analysis, forecasting and corrective action plans.
- Coach, develop and coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, merchandising, marketing, client services) and local stakeholders to ensure consistent brand standards and client experience.
- Implement clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow high-value clientele and after-sales relationships.
- Represent the brand at industry events, client appointments and internal global meetings; travel regularly across assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial leadership within luxury watches and/or fine jewelry, with demonstrable results in sales growth and account development.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing wholesale and/or multi-channel retail relationships.
- Strategic thinker with advanced skills in forecasting, assortment planning and inventory management.
- Track record of building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and commercial numeracy; comfortable with P&L responsibility and KPI-driven environments.
- Availability to travel frequently across Benelux and Scandinavian markets.

Experience
Typically requires 7+ years of progressive experience in luxury watches, fine jewelry or related luxury accessories, including several years in a regional or managerial commercial role with responsibility for sales targets and partner relationships.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, luxury brand management or equivalent professional experience.
