Chanel in Taipei City seeks a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor to deliver bespoke client service and drive sales for timepieces and high jewelry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service to high-net-worth and discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and personalised shopping experiences.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, appointment management and persuasive closing techniques.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across mechanical watches and high jewelry lines; communicate technical and aesthetic features with conviction.
  • Manage clienteling activities including CRM records, follow-ups, gifting and invitations to private viewings or trunk shows.
  • Support merchandising and presentation standards: ensure displays reflect brand guidelines, maintain sample rotation and support visual merchandising directives.
  • Execute stock control tasks: receive and reconcile inventory, manage secure handling procedures and coordinate with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Coordinate after-sales care and service appointments with the Service Centre; handle warranty enquiries and collaborate with repairs teams.
  • Represent the maison at in-store events, private appointments and external client-facing initiatives; contribute to targeted marketing activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in luxury watches and/or high jewelry retail, with demonstrable sales performance and client development.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills suited to high-touch, discreet client relationships.
  • Solid numeracy and commercial acumen; ability to manage pipeline, forecasts and close complex sales.
  • Legal right to work in Taiwan and flexible availability including weekends and evenings as required by retail operations.
  • Professional grooming and communication aligned with luxury brand standards.
