Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative sales and after‑sales service to clients, with a focus on Russian‑speaking clientele.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach, clienteling and appointment management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining impeccable client care standards.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Chanel watches and fine jewelry to provide authoritative advice on provenance, technical features and care.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards for display cases and product signage are consistently met.
- Operate the POS and sales administration accurately, including order processing, invoicing and coordination with after‑sales service.
- Manage stock movements, participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with internal security procedures.
- Represent the brand at client events and private viewings, coordinating with store management and wider Maison teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent Russian speaker (verbal and written).
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches and/or fine jewelry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client‑centric approach with demonstrable clienteling ability.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in Italy and familiarity with local retail compliance and processes.
- Strong presentation and attention to detail, with high standards for store discipline and product care.

Several years of direct client‑facing experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry retail, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and cultivating high‑value clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, hospitality or sales is preferred.
