Chanel is hiring a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor in Melbourne. Deliver expert product consultancy and drive sales for timepiece and jewelry collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy on Chanel's watches and fine jewelry collections, including heritage, craftsmanship, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized service and product education
- Achieve sales targets through sophisticated selling techniques and genuine client engagement
- Maintain meticulous product knowledge and stay current with new collections and launches
- Create bespoke recommendations tailored to individual client preferences and occasions
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and adherence to Chanel's luxury standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury watches and/or fine jewelry retail
- Proven track record of sales achievement in a luxury goods environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively within a high-paced, client-focused environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, fine jewelry, or haute horlogerie. Prior experience with a luxury fashion house or prestigious jewelry retailer is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in luxury goods management, business, or related disciplines are valued but not required.
