Role & Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors by creating engagement and desire around Chanel's watches and fine jewelry offerings
• Deliver prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize the overall client experience
• Develop and nurture genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• Support boutique selling ceremonies and events to drive product performance and brand engagement
• Process client repairs and alterations, maintaining follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction
• Consistently exceed client expectations by demonstrating a can-do attitude and raising service standards
• Work collaboratively with diverse sales team members and boutique leadership to achieve collective sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse international clientele
• Knowledge of South Coast Plaza and surrounding communities
• Passion for Chanel's heritage, history, and product craftsmanship
• Genuine service mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury retail environment or comparable client-facing role such as hospitality, with proven success in achieving sales goals and building lasting client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional professional development in luxury goods, hospitality, or retail management is valued.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 27.70 to USD 40 per hour.
