Chanel is seeking a Watches and Fine Jewelry Advisor for its boutique in Bangkok to drive WFJ sales, deliver high-standard client service and support the Fashion boutique teams through product expertise and client insights. The role is full-time and includes weekend and public holiday retail hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Watches and Fine Jewelry (WFJ) sales through cross-selling and upselling, individually and in partnership with Fashion Advisors, to achieve business objectives.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients to foster impactful engagement and long-term relationships.
- Partner with WFJ and Fashion boutique teams, including Fashion Advisors, CEE and DHOB, to secure client appointments and strengthen client recruitment and retention.
- Deliver the highest standard of service, including after-sales support, exchanges and returns.
- Share client insights with boutique and WFJ management to inform relevant actions and capture business potential.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on product assortment.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to deliver impactful displays in line with luxury standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with international Watches and Fine Jewelry brands.
- Strong knowledge of WFJ collections, including technical knowledge, and basic alteration skills; experience handling high-profile clientele.
- Knowledge of the WFJ competitive landscape and trends, with a commercially driven mindset and a team-oriented approach.
- Pleasant personality, with a high level of sophistication and refinement.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with a collaborative approach and focus on the boutique’s overall business goals.
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
