Chanel seeks Watches and Fine Jewellery Advisor in Macao S.A.R. to provide luxury client service and drive sales in watches and fine jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the creativity and brand values of Chanel through expert storytelling of the Chanel Difference, encompassing heritage, modernity, product craftsmanship, and unique brand positioning
- Provide unsurpassed service and create a unique luxury experience for every client through consultative engagement and deep product knowledge
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster meaningful brand loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with Fashion teams to create synergies and leverage cross-category expertise in building the Chanel dream
- Achieve business objectives and sales targets while maintaining excellence in client service delivery
- Handle client objections and conflicts with sophistication, transforming challenges into opportunities to demonstrate brand superiority

Experience

Education
