Chanel Warehouse Senior Assistant position in Singapore. Manage inventory operations and supervise warehouse logistics for luxury goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock levels using warehouse management systems
- Ensure proper handling and preservation of luxury goods to prevent damage or loss
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including retail, logistics, and quality assurance
- Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Conduct regular stock audits and address discrepancies
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations or supply chain experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-value goods
- Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Education
