Role & Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of warehouse logistics activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, transferring and labelling goods to maintain accurate inventory control
• Complete quantity and quality checks when goods are received and before delivery, including picking and packing activities to protect product quality and order accuracy
• Identify stock or operational discrepancies, perform initial investigations and escalate issues with clear documentation to the Warehouse Senior Associate
• Maintain reliable stock records by performing scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly physical cycle counts
• Respond flexibly to operational priorities by supporting assigned tasks and rotating across divisions or floor levels as directed
• Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft Office tools, including updating Excel spreadsheets and composing business correspondence
• Guide and mentor less-experienced assistants on operational procedures, system transactions and warehouse best practices
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work environment through proper housekeeping, equipment care and strict compliance with workplace safety and health protocols
• Share operational feedback and support process improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency
• Support supervisors with ad hoc operational tasks and meet agreed timelines

Qualifications

• 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or higher, preferably in logistics or a related field
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and email
• Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative and mentor-oriented approach to teamwork
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and adaptable working style with strong prioritisation and time management abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, perform initial investigations and apply practical problem-solving skills

Experience

Minimum five years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management and order fulfillment.

Education

'N' or 'O' Level qualification or higher, preferably in logistics or a relevant field of study.
