Chanel seeks a Warehouse Clerk in Candiac, Canada — entry-level role handling receiving, picking, packing and inventory control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and document inbound shipments; verify quantities and conditions against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Pick, pack and stage merchandise for outbound shipments in accordance with packing standards and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, batch tracking and use of warehouse tracking tools and barcode scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, electric pallet truck; forklift where certified) to load and unload goods safely.
- Prepare and label stock for storage, implement stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure proper handling of delicate or high-value items.
- Ensure warehouse areas are organized, clean and compliant with health, safety and fire regulations; report discrepancies or damages.
- Support logistics and retail teams with order fulfilment, returns processing and ad hoc tasks during inventory audits or seasonal peaks.
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving merchandise up to standard weight limits.
- Valid forklift/operator certification preferred where applicable and/or willingness to obtain required certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling high-value inventory.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, inventory controls and workplace health & safety rules.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role with preference for 1+ year of experience in warehouse, distribution or logistics operations; experience handling retail or luxury goods is an advantage.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Candiac, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
