Chanel Stock Support position in Berlin, Germany. Full-time contract role in luxury fashion boutique inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage inventory levels and stock administration within the boutique warehouse
- Process incoming orders and manage merchandise flow according to Chanel protocols
- Implement and maintain internal policies and procedures for warehouse operations
- Organize and conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts
- Analyze inventory audit findings and recommend corrective actions to optimize stock accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail, logistics, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in inventory or warehouse management in a retail or luxury environment
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in operative inventory management, retail operations, or comparable warehouse roles in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Education
Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) in retail, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent professional qualification.
