Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement visual merchandising concepts for watches and fine jewelry displays that reflect Chanel's luxury aesthetic
- Maintain window and in-store displays to optimize product visibility, engagement, and sales performance
- Collaborate with retail leadership and buying teams to translate seasonal campaigns and product launches into compelling visual narratives
- Manage display materials, lighting, and architectural elements to ensure premium presentation standards
- Monitor competitor and industry visual trends to inform display innovation and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or luxury retail environments
- Advanced understanding of luxury brand positioning and high-end consumer psychology
- Strong spatial design and color theory knowledge

Experience
