Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Chanel visual merchandising concepts and seasonal window installations at the Westfield UTC boutique to brand standards and timelines.
- Planogram implementation, store resets and fixture installation to optimise product presentation and sales flow.
- Style merchandise and create compelling displays that reflect the maison’s aesthetic while supporting commercial objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for props, signage and display materials; manage inventory of visual assets and order replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with store management, retail teams and regional VM leadership to schedule installations, store refreshes and event set‑ups.
- Ensure visual standards, brand compliance and safety protocols are maintained during installations and daily operations.
- Support in-store events, photoshoots and client-facing presentations with on-site styling and set preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven visual merchandising experience in luxury retail, boutique or premium brand environment (typically 2+ years).
- Demonstrable portfolio of window displays, fixture installations and retail environments.
- Ability to interpret brand guidelines and convert creative briefs into executable in-store concepts.
- Physical capability to perform installations (lifting, ladder work) and to work flexible hours for installs and events.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Typically 2–4 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience within luxury retail or high-end specialty stores, with a portfolio demonstrating executed store and window concepts.
Education
