Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee visual merchandising standards in the boutique during opening hours and events.
• Work with the Visual Lead to implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, including window installations and the correct setup and use of fixtures, selling tools, and mannequins.
• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Build and maintain working relationships with boutique management teams to support merchandise initiatives and meet boutique business needs.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain window and selling-floor merchandising in line with visual merchandising guidelines between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches.
• Photograph the entire boutique after floor and window sets in accordance with visual merchandising photo guidelines, and submit the images to the Global Image Team.
• Update boutique photographs in Dropbox whenever changes are made.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of projects, and deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display.
• Ability to work with digital photography and use phone applications to execute projects.
• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a comparable art- or fashion-related course of study.
• At least 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
• High level of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with clients, employees, and management.
• Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Full-time, in-store and in-person presence to support client sales and service and drive business results.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.

Education

Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or a comparable art- or fashion-related course of study.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 72,500 to USD 85,000 per annum.
