Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination and implementation of all visual merchandising standards, window installations, and fixture arrangements within the boutique during operating hours and special events
  • Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management team members
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with boutique management to ensure merchandise initiatives align with business objectives and operational needs
  • Coordinate movement, storage, and organization of display elements in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager
  • Ensure windows and selling floors are appropriately and regularly merchandised following established guidelines between floor sets, window installations, and collection launches
  • Document and photograph the entire boutique after floor and window sets according to visual merchandising photo guidelines; update Dropbox with new images each time changes are made
  • Execute projects with minimal supervision, taking ownership of deliverables and ensuring timely completion within a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art/Fashion-related field of study
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a visual merchandising position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email platforms (e.g., Outlook)
  • Competency with digital photography and mobile phone applications to execute and document projects
  • Physical capability to move and lift heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and select holidays
  • Strong professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with clients, employees, and management
