Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Chanel visual merchandising standards and seasonal concepts within the Saks Beverly Hills environment, including window displays, floor sets and feature vignettes.
- Plan and install mannequin styling, props and fixtures to deliver cohesive brand narratives that elevate client experience and drive conversion.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership, Saks visual teams and corporate VM to align schedules, logistics and installation timelines.
- Maintain visual integrity through regular shop-floor audits, replenishment of feature displays and upkeep of props and fixtures.
- Manage set-up budgets, source and coordinate external vendors or prop suppliers when required.
- Prepare installation documentation and planograms; troubleshoot in-store constraints while preserving creative intent.
- Train and advise sales staff on display maintenance, product presentation and merchandising rationale.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury fashion or high-end department store environments.
- Portfolio or photographic evidence of executed window and in-store campaigns.
- Proven ability to translate corporate creative directives into executable retail installations.
- Physical ability to perform installations (lifting, climbing, extended periods on feet) and to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional and third‑party teams.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience within luxury fashion houses or premium department stores, with demonstrable delivery of window campaigns and in-store seasonal resets.
Education
High school diploma required; degree or certification in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design or related field preferred.
