Chanel is recruiting a Visual Merchandising Project Manager in Paris to manage retail displays, façades, and scenography across luxury locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of window displays and retail scenography aligned with Chanel's brand standards
- Manage all phases of visual merchandising projects from ideation through installation and validation
- Collaborate with creative, architecture, and retail operations teams to ensure seamless implementation across locations
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines and specification documents for façade and display installations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the execution process
- Travel to retail locations to supervise installations and ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related project management
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in window displays and retail environments
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Project management certification or demonstrated expertise (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
Skills
Experience
5+ years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail design, store architecture, or luxury brand environment management. Prior experience with high-end or luxury retail brands is highly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, visual merchandising, business administration, or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
