Chanel Project Manager – Windows, Facades & Retail Scenography, Paris. Lead technical development and production of luxury display concepts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of creative concepts in close collaboration with creative design teams and project management offices
- Coordinate communications with local market teams and external production partners across global markets
- Ensure exceptional quality execution of all projects, from material selection to final finishes, maintaining Chanel's demanding standards
- Produce precise and reliable technical drawings and specifications for production partners
- Develop and document comprehensive technical guidelines using 2D and 3D design tools
- Support local markets in concept adaptation and ensure proper alignment with established retail typologies
- Review and validate all local design modifications and implementations
- Oversee and actively participate in on-site installation of displays and scenography, particularly at flagship locations
- Monitor and maintain adherence to project deadlines, approved budgets, and corporate social responsibility commitments
Qualifications
- Strong technical rigor and meticulous attention to detail
- Expert sensitivity to materials, fabrication processes, and finishing quality
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with creative and operational teams
- Excellent project coordination and timeline management skills
- Knowledge of CSR and sustainable production practices
- Fluent English and French (required)

Experience
Proven experience in technical project management, particularly within luxury retail, visual merchandising, or architectural display environments. Demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing production partnerships, and overseeing installation projects from concept through completion. Strong background in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Education
Degree in Product Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related discipline. Professional certifications in project management or CAD software are advantageous.
