Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive and orchestrate the creative deployment of collection lifecycle initiatives across retail and event environments
- Create product inspiration visuals for visual merchandisers and buyers to ensure cohesive retail translation
- Research, develop, and design creative scenography for events, window displays, and in-store animations
- Ensure alignment between creative intent, collection storytelling, and retail execution
- Design and develop international visual merchandising guidelines with precision and clarity
- Guarantee guidelines are adaptable to local market specifications while preserving the Maison's brand identity and DNA
- Mentor and develop a project manager's competencies within the visual merchandising function
- Pilot cross-functional creative projects in collaboration with Image teams (architecture, digital, publishing), production, and PMFE departments
- Monitor and assure qualitative consistency of boutique deployments globally
Qualifications
- Significant prior experience in a similar visual merchandising role at retail or headquarters level within the fashion or luxury sector
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity and creative vision to develop conceptually rigorous retail propositions
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and SketchUp
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with precision and agility
- Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
- Proven capacity to communicate creative vision clearly to diverse stakeholder audiences
