Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage in-store displays consistent with Chanel brand image and visual merchandising standards
  • Develop and implement VMD strategies that express brand heritage and creative direction across the boutique
  • Interpret collection concepts and translate them into compelling, aspirational window and interior displays
  • Oversee inventory, maintenance, and security of visual merchandising materials, fixtures, and display equipment
  • Coordinate and actively participate in seasonal collections, special events, and promotional campaigns
  • Mentor sales staff on VMD guidelines, presentation standards, and brand aesthetic principles
  • Provide sales floor support and client assistance as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or related disciplines within luxury retail
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand positioning and aesthetic principles
  • Proficiency in creating compelling visual narratives that align with brand strategy
  • Strong organizational and inventory management capabilities
