Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute Chanel’s global and regional visual directives for window displays and in-store floor sets, ensuring fidelity to seasonal concepts and planograms.
  • Install, maintain and refresh fixtures, props and product presentations to uphold the brand’s visual standards and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Store Management and Sales teams to align merchandising with stock levels, promotional activity and VIP client appointments.
  • Manage inventory of visual assets and props, coordinate with external vendors for signage or specialised installations, and ensure timely teardown between campaigns.
  • Coach sales staff on basic visual standards and stocking practices; assist with event dressing and ad-hoc merchandising requests to support client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail visual merchandising experience, ideally 1–3 years in luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an ability to translate creative concepts into precise, repeatable installations.
  • Practical experience with fixture installation, basic carpentry or prop assembly and safe handling of display materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple store resets under tight deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and a client-focused attitude; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional retail teams.

Experience

Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury fashion or beauty. Experience executing full store resets and window installations is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design or a related field preferred.
