Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute compelling visual displays across retail environments that align with Chanel's brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, and retail teams to translate creative concepts into executed floor plans and window displays
- Maintain store presentation standards and implement visual guidelines consistently across designated retail locations
- Monitor inventory of visual materials, props, and fixtures; manage stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to optimize product placement and visual storytelling
- Photograph and document displays for brand archives and best-practice sharing across regions
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative discipline
- Demonstrable portfolio of visual merchandising or display design work
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, luxury retail environments, and consumer behavior
