Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand image in the boutique by managing visual displays, changing mannequins, and ensuring product presentation aligns with Chanel standards
  • Expedite the selling process for Fashion Advisors by rapidly responding to requests for product substitutions, replenishment, and display modifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visual merchandising support during corporate holidays, weekends, and when the VM Lead is on other projects
  • Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves, collection launches, and seasonal installations, including P Touching display items
  • Update and maintain digital photo files for visual merchandising maintenance and documentation as store displays evolve
  • Document all window and floor display items with current SKU, price, size, and product information for the selling team's reference
  • Assist in the implementation of events, sales promotions, seasonal installs, corporate events, and business-driving initiatives across the boutique
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with the boutique selling team and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or display design
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, display principles, and merchandising practices
  • Proficiency with basic computer software and digital photography
  • Associate degree or higher, preferably with a major in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Physical capability to work on a ladder and lift 30–40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and select holidays
  • Full-time, in-store, and in-person availability required

Experience
