Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate in Las Vegas—maintain boutique brand image and support client experience through display management and inventory coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expedite the selling process by changing mannequins, pulling and replenishing items from the selling floor, and making display substitutions when product is needed for clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visual merchandising when the VM Lead is unavailable, on corporate holidays, or during weekends
- Support the Operations team with product preparation for floor moves and collection launches, including touching up display items
- Update and maintain digital photo files for VM documentation as changes are made to displays and windows
- Maintain current documentation of window items including SKU, price, size, and product specifications for the selling team's reference
- Assist in the implementation of events, seasonal sales, seasonal installations, corporate events, and other business-driving initiatives throughout the boutique
- Communicate effectively with the boutique selling team and management to align on visual merchandising objectives
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of related retail, visual merchandising, or display experience
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, display principles, and merchandising best practices
- Proficiency with basic computer software and digital photography
- Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related field
- Ability to work on ladders and lift 30–40 pounds regularly
- Willingness and ability to move heavy items, including overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Full-time, in-person presence required in the boutique
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of related experience in retail, visual merchandising, boutique operations, or display coordination. Prior experience in luxury retail or fashion-focused environments is advantageous.
Education
Minimum associate degree, preferably in a fashion-related discipline such as fashion merchandising, retail management, or fashion design.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 29 per hour.
