Chanel Visual Merchandising Assistant internship, Paris. Six-month role starting January 2027 at Printemps Haussmann, Bon Marché, or 31 Cambon.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visual audits of displays and windows to ensure compliance with Chanel brand guidelines, replacing and repositioning products as needed
  • Collaborate with the VM team on preparations for in-store scenography rotations and seasonal décor changes
  • Execute display rotations and window decoration changes as directed
  • Verify product labeling conforms to established visual merchandising standards
  • Communicate display zone changes and updates to sales floor teams
  • Identify and respond to sales optimization needs identified by floor management
  • Proactively share updates, photographs, and requests with the VM team
  • Participate in installation of VM animations and promotional displays within the boutique
  • Manage price-point displays and signage placement
  • Organize, inventory, and coordinate delivery of visual merchandising tools and materials

Qualifications

  • Higher education diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or sales environments
  • Strong fashion industry knowledge and visual sensibility
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to execute complex visual concepts
  • Capacity to maintain focus, discretion, and composure under pressure
  • Initiative, rigor, and adaptability in fast-paced retail settings
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within teams
  • Willingness to adapt to dynamic store environments

Experience
